Eligibility for Admission

➤Candidate seeking admission for Physiotherapy degree course must have passed 10+2 (12″ standard) or its equivalent

examination recognized by Govt. policy with science streami.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with

45% marks and 40% marks (for SC/ST candidate)

➤ Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31″ Dec. of the year of admission. (But not complete 28 years in case of female and 25 Years in case of male).

➤ Every candidate before admission shall furnish a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized Government Medical Officer that the candidate is physically fit to undertake the Physiotherapy course.

Certificates Required

➤ Secondary examination (10) mark sheet and certificate including date of birth.

➤ Senior Secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent examination mark sheet and certificate.

➤ Cast Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC.

➤ Bonafied Certificate

➤ Transfer Certificate of last attended school.

➤ Migration Certificate.

➤ 5 passport size photographs of candidate and 2 photographs of candidate’s Guardian.
